CampusGPA is an independent, unofficial GPA and CGPA calculator built for students at Ekiti State University (EKSU). It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the university. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how it's handled.
Account information: your email address, used solely to send you a secure sign-in link and identify your account. We never ask for or store a password.
Academic data you enter: course codes, credit units, and grades you type in to calculate your GPA/CGPA. This is only stored if you explicitly choose "Save to Archive" — anything you don't save to your Archive stays only in your own browser.
Payment records: when you pay for a calculation, we store a record of the transaction (amount, status, and Flutterwave's reference number) to confirm your payment. We never see or store your card details — those go directly to Flutterwave, our payment processor.
Solely to operate the service: calculating your GPA/CGPA, saving results you choose to keep, verifying payments, and sending you sign-in emails. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
We use a small number of trusted service providers to run CampusGPA, each only receiving what they need to do their job:
• Supabase — stores your account and any Archive results you choose to save.
• Flutterwave — processes payments securely; your card details go directly to them, never through our servers.
• Resend — sends your sign-in emails.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics — gives us anonymous visit counts (pages viewed, general traffic). It does not use cookies and does not track you individually.
• OpenAI — if you choose to upload a photo of your result to auto-fill your courses, that image is sent to OpenAI to read the text off it. The image itself is not stored by OpenAI beyond processing your request, and this only happens if you actively choose to use this optional feature — typing your grades in manually never involves this.
Anything you save to your Archive can be renamed, re-downloaded, or permanently deleted by you at any time, directly in the app.
To delete your account entirely, contact us via WhatsApp (below) and we'll remove your data.
Your saved data is protected by database-level access rules so that only you can ever see your own results — not other students, and not us, outside of what's needed to operate the service. Payments are verified server-side directly with Flutterwave before anything is marked as paid.
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of CampusGPA after a change means you accept the updated policy.
